We use Royal Mail Delivery for UK based orders and Royal Mail or UPS for International orders

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Toby's Favourites we hope that your dog will enjoy all the lovely and healthy treats we bake and pack with love, but if they are not too happy with our product we are happy to replace with any other flavour of your choice within the same price range.

If the product arrives damaged, please let us know and send some pictures and we will be happy to replace it.

Unfortunately, due to product being consumable goods, we are unable to accept returns and issue refunds.

Please bear in mind, all additional postage must be paid by the customer.

International Shipment

Toby's Favourites is going international. We are happy to announce we now post to the below European countries:

International1 - Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands - flat rate postage fee £17.50

International2 - Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Spain - flat rate postage fee £20.00

Please note that customs, duties, and taxes on purchases, shipping, and deliveries, are the responsibility of the customer.

*If your delivery address is within CB6 or CB7 post code in the UK, you are entitled to a free delivery. Put a discount code CB6FREE at checkout to redeem. If the code is used for the address outside CB6 or CB7 post code area, the order will not be processed.
