  • Organic Gluten Free Oats

We source our organic and gluten free oats from the business in Cambridgeshire which we know very well, as Anita use to work there as a Technical Manager, so we have full trust in them and their products.

Oats are naturally gluten free, however in current legislation they have to be declared as cereals containing gluten due to potential of other grains cross-contaminating them during farming. Our oats are farmed specially to prevent those contamination routes and every batch is laboratory tested to levels below 5ppm’s of gluten (current standard for gluten free declaration is 20ppm), so you can be certain that they wont cause reactions to your pet who suffer with gluten allergy.

Oats are a fantastic source of carbohydrates and are also very rich in proteins and dietary fibre. Dogs good balanced diet shout be based on ≈50% of grains per day, thus the reason we use organic gluten free oats as a base for all our biscuits.

    Organic Fresh Bananas

In our biscuits we only use fresh organic bananas which are fantastic and work a treat with helping to combine the dough.

Bananas are naturally rich in potassium and vitamin B6. These two nutrients can help regulate blood flow and low blood pressure equates to healthier heart function. Vitamin B6 also can help with keeping the dogs mind sharp.

Bananas are also full of magnesium, which plays a major role in muscle maintenance. For active pooches, eating bananas can help make sure they maintain strong muscles.

Potassium in bananas can reduce calcium loss from bones. And the magnesium in them can promote a healthy bone growth.

Bananas are also a good source of dietary fibre which in combination with oats and peanut butter can help to regulate the digestive track.

Only downfall is that they do contain quite a bit of sugars (14g of sugar per medium size banana), so make sure you don’t overfeed your dog with Oaty treats as that may lead to some weight gain.

    Organic Blueberry Powder

Our organic blueberry powder ingredient is made out of 100% pure fruit and has a very dark and intensive purple colour, just like our treats.

Blueberries contain antioxidants which prevent cell damage and are rich in Vit C & K, which help in contributing to overall dogs health and support their immune system.

They are known to help with diarrhoea, mouth and throat infections, inflammation of the gums, bladder weakness, as well as strengthening blood vessels and lower blood sugar levels.

Blueberries are low in calories and form a fantastic snack for dogs.

    Organic Chia Seeds

Chia seeds are known as a superfood, and this doesn’t change when it comes to a dogs diet. They are a fantastic thing for your dog to have and carry many benefits.

They are a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids which contribute to a cardiac health in supporting and strengthening cells that make up the heart, and of course just as flaxseed they help with keeping your doggo’s coat shiny and healthy.

Chia seeds are also very rich in dietary fibre, helping with the digestion track and absorptions of nutrients into the system.

They are also very rich in calcium! Yes calcium! On average 100g of chia seeds will contain around 630mg of calcium. This contributes to a bone development and of course healthy bone maintenance.

Chia is a win if you ask us.
